1. The company's catalogues, price list and other advertising matter shall not form any part of any contract between buyer and company. Any price quotation by the company or its agents or employees shall be deemed to be for the purpose of information only and shall not constitute an offer to sell.

3. The company must be notified by e-mail or phone within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer of any shortage, incorrect tiles, or damage to goods in transit. Risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of delivery.

5. As the number of tiles per square yard and square metre is nominal the buyer will be responsible for ensuring sufficient quantity of tiles are ordered to cover the required area. We recommend that you add an additional 10% to cover waste and cuts.

6. Cancelled orders will incur collection and transport charges. We try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and subject to stock and timings endeavour to get orders packed and despatched the day the order arrives with us. If you cancel after your order is on the lorry there may be a charge to you for cancelling the order to cover our expense in returning the pallet to the warehouse for re-sale.

7. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary material, and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strike, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.

8. All invoices will be dated the month the goods are dispatched from the factory or our warehouse, all amounts are strictly net. Extension of credit cannot be allowed.

11. Please check your tiles carefully before fixing. Shade variation is a design feature of most of our tiles. If any reason you are not happy with the shade of your tiles, we cannot accept responsibility after the tiles have been fixed. Fixing the tiles to a substrate means that you have accepted the tiles in their present state so no refunds or replacements will be offered. Please ensure you are happy with the shade of your tiles before you start any project.

12. The supply of goods does not mean that they are suitable for a specific installation. We can only be held responsible for any failure on products supplied by us, to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the same. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing. We Recommend That You Make Sure The Surface Is Appropriate Before Fixing The Tiles.

13. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

14. The company cannot, under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. As a company we always recommend that you never book a tiler until you have the tiles delivered.

15. Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.

17. We expect returned tiles in a re-saleable condition. Therefore we recommend that you put the tiles back on the pallet they were delivered on, and securely fasten the tiles so they are not able to move around. It is always helpful in the event that damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped, before they are collected. Because of batching issues etc, we can only accept returns within 28 days of the tiles being delivered.

19. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

20. The Company will follow UK legislation if there are any dispute settlements with overseas customers.

22. In the event of broken or damaged tiles, customers will be required to provide sufficient proof of damage to proceed with replacements

24. As a company, we advise against booking a tiler before receiving and inspecting tiles to ensure they are intact and correct. The company will not be held liable for fees incurred as a result of delays to time frames. 

25. The buyer/ customer is liable to pay for any return delivery fees.

26. There will be a restocking fee of 33% to deliver tiles back to the suppliers warehouse.

All Goods Must Be Looked After To Uphold Their Quality, High Gloss Tiles, In Particular, Must Be Looked After Well.

The Time Frame In Which We Accept Returns Is Within 30 Days From The Invoice Date. If The Order Was A Direct-To-Your-Home Delivery, The 30 Days Will Begin From When The Goods Were Delivered To The Address.

For Goods Purchased Online On Our Website, There Will Be A 14-Day Cooling-Off Period In Which You Can Notify Us That You Intend To Return The Goods. After You Have Provided This Notification, You Will Have 14 Days In Which To Return The Goods. If You Choose To Utilize This Cooling-Off Period, You Will Get A Full Refund For The Goods Returned.?

The Batch/Shade Of The Tiles You Receive May Differ From The Tiles On Display Within Our Branches.

Any Ex-Display Items Purchased By A Customer Are On A Sold As-Seen Basis. We Will Not Accept Any Returns Of These Items.

The email of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order which occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. In the unlikely event where factors such as high risk fraud screening results, unexpected stock availability issues or logistical challenges are present, we may need to contact you and offer an alternative service, product or cancel your order prior to dispatch.

These are all unlikely circumstances and we will always work with our customers to find acceptable solutions should any issues outside of our control arise. We recommend that our customers order 10% extra tiles to cover wastage whilst installing. This should avoid the risk of extra tiles purchased at a later date not matching the original shade and calibre along with additional delivery charges.

We will take payment from your card at the time you submit your order.

The prices displayed on our website are in Great British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT payable unless clearly otherwise stated. Prices do not include the costs of delivery which can be found at Delivery Information.

During the checkout process you will be asked to book your delivery date. This can be from the next working day on orders placed before 2:00pm or up to 6 weeks in advance. You must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of products on the delivery date booked. Delivery dates can be amended up to the day before delivery. If you do not accept delivery of the products or we are unable to deliver due to delivery restrictions you didn’t inform us of at the checkout stage, our transport company will charge us for redelivery and we will have to pass these costs onto yourself. Once our transport company has collected your goods from our warehouse if you wish to cancel your order, you would be liable for transportation return charges.
